Employment Status: Full-Time (40 hours a week)
Role Overview:
As an Automation Specialist, your primary mission is to design, build, and maintain the digital workflows that power our business efficiency. You will be the architect of our internal systems.
Start Date: April 1, 2026
Key Responsibilities:
Workflow Architecture: Design and implement complex automated sequences within GoHighLevel and Zapier.
System Optimization: Audit existing processes to identify bottlenecks and replace manual tasks with automated solutions.
Data Integrity: Manage custom fields, tags, and mapping to ensure seamless data flow between platforms.
Troubleshooting: Monitor automation health and rapidly resolve logic errors or API connection breaks.
Innovation: Stay current with AI and automation trends to keep our "tech stack" at the cutting edge.
This offer is contingent upon the successful completion of our onboarding process, including the signing of our Mutual Agreements and Non-Compete clauses (Step 2).
